I had a such great experience here, everything was great, the location was BRILLIANT adjacent to pubs in the area and Leith walk and tram stop. Thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast for the price and with fab food.

It was reasonably priced. Awkward hotel, yet with welcoming staff and good wi-fi. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, room was huge & airy. The service was excellent and the food was fabulous.

Sincerely, it was a pleasant stay. Really loved a heating system, a laptop-compatible safe and an electronic key card in the room. They serve breakfast for 6.50 GBP per person per day.

The hotel itself is quiet, we truly enjoyed location and staff. There's Haymarket with nice shots right next to the venue.

the hotel was situated next to frontiers woman and also we could visit princes street. having tv and a kettle was very convenient. tea and coffee in the bar. the venue had a central setting.
